Miami – Rick Burch named real estate educator of the year. Rick Burch, owner and founder of Burch & Associates International has been named real estate educator of the year by the Miami Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest Realtor Association in the country with over 24,000 members. Burch is the past Chairman of the Board of the Miami Association of Realtors and now chairs the Professional Standards committee. Rick was named Realtor of the Year in 2004.
Rick was honored at a luncheon attended by over 850 real estate professionals from Dade and Broward counties held at Jungle Island on Miami Beach on October 15th.
Rick has authored numerous real estate courses and seminars for real estate professionals including the Foundations for Success series. In addition, Rick is a state licensed real estate instructor in Florida and teaches real estate license courses for Gold Coast Schools, Florida’s largest real estate school. Burch holds the professional real estate education designations of: Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, e-Pro Real Estate Technology and Transnational Referral Certified.
